UPDATE!!!!

I am working! The firm I was working for prior to the financial crisis or bubble burst or whichever buzzwords you use to describe it (to me, it was nothing short of a life altering implosion) has hired me back! I am incredibly thankful to be working again, but I am now classified as "under-employed" by most government guidelines. My search goes un unabated! Please take a minute and continue reading!

Thanks for stopping by!

My name is Jon Kolbe and I am one member of the unemployed "under"-employed masses. I am also an incurable optimist, lover of ALL things technology, real estate and marketing. Oh, did I mention that I am looking for a job? I've been looking for work since December.

I am a project manager with twenty two years experience in the residential development, design and marketing side of the real estate industry. I streamlined and automated in house processes for my firm saving thousands of hours of time, and managed a client that had more than fifty million dollars per year in closings and created new revenue streams from emerging technologies.

I have expertise with business, architectural and social media applications as well as knowledge of how to best implement a social media solution. I am a hardworking, dedicated, intelligent and creative out of the box thinker, pleasant to be around and I work well with others.

If you know someone looking for someone with my skill sets, please forward my web site to them!

I am amazed by the attention my search has received. Thank you so much for the email, well wishes and ideas! Please keep them coming!

I would like to thank, Answer Quest from the bottom of my heart. I am a student of their career coaching guru Rebecca Bamman and have learned more about "getting a job" in the past couple of weeks than I've learned in the previous twenty two years!

If you are looking for work, as I know a lot of people who visit my page are, consider hiring a career coach. The employment market is completely different now than it has been in decades - believe me, I know.

Take a look at their services here: http://www.aqcm.net

I'd also like to thank the guys who introduced me to social media Dan Woolley and Greg Robertson. They are long time real estate technology pros who are partners in http://wr-studios.com and really gave me some great pointers on how to get started!

They've really created a phenomenal tool for real estate buyers.

Take a look at their latest creation: Dwellicious!
